What if a simple letter was the one pivotal thing standing between you and the mental FREEDOM to see from a new perspective?

This process is magic precisely because it isn't about me giving advice or making judgements (I am NOT a GURU, I am a coach and experienced listener, but mostly: just a person, figuring this stuff out - like you).

This service is about you having a chance to be heard about something personal to you that causes tension, trouble or puzzlement in your life. Something that perplexes you and creates a barrier to you being able to move forward freely.

My mission through the process of correspondence is to help create a shift in thinking for you. All you have to do is write to me: Tell me about the one thing that holds you back and or creates tension or difference between who you know you really are inside and how you present and observe yourself on the outside. Whatever it is, get your thoughts down in an email to me. Let it ALL out...

I would love to hear your story and help you to shine a new light on it...

In response, I write a personal and compassion filled letter back to you that speaks directly to the issue you have written about. I help you to get the relief of a different perspective and share (personalised with you specifically in mind) journaling tools and exercises that will help you to move beyond and shift around this area of your life. (If you want an immediate answer, you have the option of an email back straight away and you still get to benefit from some snail mail love!) I always send a bunch of mail-out goodies with my letters: hand painted, printed and thoughtfully written tools for nurturing self knowledge, mindset tips, tools and exercises for your wellbeing.

Corresponding with me is a fantastic way to feel the deep connection and joy of receiving a personal letter, written especially for you...

From the excited anticipation of opening to the sense of connection experienced upon reading, there is a unique magic to receiving a letter...

I don't just send letters, these are creative bundles of love, compassion and insight...

When I was 9 years old, my best friend EVER moved far, far away and we began to write to each other. If Katie wrote 17 pages to me, I wanted to write 18 pages back. If she drew pictures or sent a postcard with her letter, I had to do the same and more in response. Our writing to each other stretched into our twenties, following us through University and into our working lives and though I collected many more pen-pals than just Katie, I believe these exchanges cemented my passion for letter writing. Understanding and responding to the detailed stories of others is one of my happiest of happy places. I don't just send letters, these are creative bundles of love and compassion, composed with my reader in mind.
